Statement of Purpose:

The Workforce Intelligence Network for Southeast Michigan issues this RFP to outsource programming resources to assist with the development of an industry investment model, through the engagement of WIN staff members and grant partners, and to review current grant subtask status and funding levels. These activities are defined as follows:

1.     Industry Investment Model: Development of a membership and/or fee-for-service model for companies interested in:

a.     Groups that come together to identify regional talent needs and develop education and training solutions, in partnership with community partners, to address those needs.  These initiatives are frequently known as sector strategies or industry cluster initiatives and are funded nationally in a variety of ways.

Alternative funding alignment strategies – contractor support to pursue additional funding resources to sustain projects, including strategies for:

b.     Opportunity Detroit Tech

c.      Michigan Automated Systems Collaborative (MASC)

d.     Michigan Alliance for Greater Mobility Advancement (MAGMA)
